Recently I had the opportunity to step into the shoes of the underbanked along with two teammates Brynne Conroy and Crystal Hammond. It was an experience the opened up our eyes on the issues of those financially underserved.
This hands-on experience is called FinX and it is facilitated by CFSI (Center for Financial Services Innovation). In this episode, we broke down our experience and shared what we had to do, the challenges we faced and the lessons we learned. Plus, you will learn why we were happy about some bananas!
