Trapped in the middle of an extreme snow blizzard with 30 MPH winds, Dr. Dominique Roussson joins us on this very first Dental Up podcast of 2018. Originally earning his dental degree in France from Lyon Dental School in 1986, Dr. Rousson later received another dental degree at Boston University. After graduating dental school in France, he served as a dental officer in the French Army stationed in Berlin (1987-1988) during the years of its separation between East and West. Shortly after, Dr. Rousson moved to the United States and pursued a dental degree at Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine graduating in 1990. Rousson Family Dentistry first opened its doors in 1992. Wanting to implement implantology to broaden his practice and provide full dental rehabilitation, Dr. Rousson attended training at the Straumann Institute for Implantology in Switzerland. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/ Implant Dentistry (ABOI/ID) and is a fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID). He has earned over 500 continuing education credits and has therefore has been awarded Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) Dr. Rousson has also been lecturing at Harvard University for 30 years, working with the future dentists of America.
