201: Iron Cowboy James Lawrence - Guinness World Record Holder: 50/50/50
James Lawrence is a father of 5 children, husband to wife, Sunny hailing from Utah, USA. He set the World Record for the most number of half Ironman Triathlons in a calendar year being 22 in total, before he then went on and set a World Record for the most number of completed Ironman Distance Triathlons in the calendar year at 50. James then dreamed up an almost impossible physical challenge by completing 50 Ironman Distance Triathlons, across 50 days, across 50 states of the USA. That’s right the 50/50/50 challenge and this was the challenge that in June 2015 James Lawrence aka the Iron Cowboy took on and completed.
