But, down here in Houston, he focuses on the perfect chemistry his plant-based burger possesses (as well as nuggets, fries, sausage biscuits, and tacos). It’s fare that any late-night bar-hopping Houstonian could find delicious, and its biggest upside? It’s healthy.
