1/27: Justice Stephen Breyer is retiring. Tens of millions face a cold snap. The Fed says interest rates could go up in March.
Longtime liberal justice Stephen Breyer is retiring. He'll be at the White House today, where President Biden will make a formal announcement. Forecasters say a coastal storm starting tomorrow could bring blizzard conditions to parts of the East Coast. Overseas, Russia is continuing its military buildup along the borders of Ukraine.
