I have a few team related questions for you to consider. We spend more time with our team in the day than we do with our loved ones, it has to be a good team, hey? I have worked in good and bad teams in the past. I got to build my own team culture to suit our team needs. You can too...

• Why was it so?
• Who made it so?
• What behaviours made it so?
• What were the great ingredients?
• How could you enhance your current team by adding some of those ingredients and your own new ones?
• What rituals or traditions did they have? My team had doughnut days, a Friday shared learning session and we also did postmortem learning sessions after projects.
