I am back with life coach Jule Kim and today she gives us pointers on how to stick to new habits. New Year New Me! I felt this was an appropriate topic since its January and many of us have at least one resolution we want to work on. Then as the year progresses we might slip up and get discouraged and say f-it. I'll try again next year. We've all been there. Jule shares with us how to make resolutions happen, by breaking down a few steps. The steps will require time, effort patience and a marathon mindset.
