Today, we welcome Yolanda Beckers to the studio. Yolanda is the Director of the Innerlight Meditation Center and non-profit Health and Wellness Sanctuary in Naples Florida. In this episode, we discuss how stress is created by the response we give to life. It’s a learning process that meditation can help to guide. Yolanda teaches us the importance of living in the present, emphasizes breath in calming our nervous system, and gives us tools to practice throughout the day to encourage one-ness in our lives.
