The Pipeman interviews Kelly from the band The Dollyrots. They are all finally tested negative for covid. Pipeman got covid 3 times. They are going out to do some shows in March. Tour starts March 10th. No shows will be played in Florida. The Dollyrots live in Tampa. West Palm Beach doesn’t have rock station except one classic rock station. The music scene in south Florida isn’t big for metal. The new album is called Down the Rabbit hole. They have 2 kids. Kelly’s partner in music is also her partner in music. They released a B side album before Christmas. It’s a double album with 24 tracks. Everything came together organically. You want to share your passion with your significant other. One of the most important events that happened as a couple doing music together is after their 3rd album, they were thinking about having a family and needed the band to be a business. Kickstarter had just started, and they did a crowd sourcing to fund their self-titled album. John Fields is the producer. They’ve been making music for a living for over 20 years.
