222 - Enneagram for Workplace Teams with Paige Risley

An interesting item to note is that Paige is certified in the Enneagram tool, which she uses to help remote team members work and communicate effectively together. She has 17 years of teaching experience, which helps her communicate with and support those she serves through We Recruit Well.

As successful women know, we need to continue to make intentional steps toward #personalgrowth. Paige is currently focusing on herself with a shortlist of goals.
