Simon is a Canadian who retired from the Canadian Armed Forces after 26 years of experience being a follower and leader. He holds a Master of Arts in Leadership degree from Royal Roads University where he found his passion to help emerging leaders create strong foundations as they embark on their leadership journey. Simon is a father and husband who lives in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
