Season 4 is creeping towards it's finale, and we've upped the ante yet again with this weeks episode.

Joining John & Steven fresh (kinda) off the Penine Way this week is none other than friend of the show and Spine Race 2022 female champion Debbie Martin-Consani!! We were super excited to get the chance once again to catch up with Debs and what a topic to top the agenda!

In mid January Debbie achieved the crowing moment in her 20 year running career by winning the 268 mile Spine Race. We have an insightful and honest chat with one of the most inspirational UK ultra marathon runners. It's glorious stuff, warts n all.
