Everyone knows the mainstream media can’t be trusted, and this is definitely true when it comes to UFOs. For 70 years, the media has done the work for the national security establishment, and debunking UFOs is just part of the job.
More recently, major news outlets such as the New York Times have provided revelations about a Pentagon-based UFO program that some have argued is a form of disclosure. Historian Richard Dolan analyzes this, as well as the long history of media mis- and disinformation on the subject, and more importantly analyzes where it is all going.
