This is a unique and transformative practice. If you’ve tried every other Astral projection technique out there and still had no success, then this method is for you. It’s for you because you’re most likely missing the bridge to the deeper spiritual dimension of consciousness that allows for these experiences to manifest more naturally. This technique is more like a home-made “retreat”, a devotional and wholesome practice which focuses on raising your entire level of being. “Retreat” means to step back - not only from the outer world, but also from your head, the thinking mind. I call this 'The Presence Method'.
Even if you don't choose to practice this exact method, just contemplating what's said in this episode may help a lot, and you may incorporate these teachings into your life however you please.

Here’s a very short summary of this practice; these steps will only make sense if you listen to the entire episode first:
~ 1. Devote three or more days where you can practice this in solitude away from the distractions of the world and its unconscious dreams.
~ 2. Stay active, healthy, meditate often and configure your awareness to be always aware of all your senses of the physical world, as well as your internal world.
~ 3. Stay balanced, focused and grounded based on your passion to enter other worlds [Astral projection/different dimensions of consciousness]. Stay devotedly aware of your intent while old unconscious patterns, thoughts and egoic dreams try to come back into your life while you’re on this “retreat”.
~ 4. If you’re focusing too much on future achievements during this time, say to yourself, “I am Astral projecting”, “I am in the Astral plane”. Look around in wonder, engage your higher awareness, relax, be empty, let life happen to you instead of you trying to impose a reality on it.
~ 5. As the foundations of your consciousness transform the very structure of yourself, there will be times of struggle, of going back and forth from consciousness to ego. Use the awareness of your own death as an anchor to remind you that nothing else matters in this world of illusion. Realise deeply that the past and future are not real; only the aliveness of this present moment exists here and now. Remember that the 'Astral Body' is also known as the 'Emotional Body' or 'Energy Body'; be deeply aware of internal and external emotions, energies and senses at all times.
~ 6. At night, wake up every two hours during your sleep and reconfigure your awareness back on the present moment. This is an intensive sleeping exercise to significantly boost your Astral projection experiences. You may utilise any or none Astral projection methods during any of the times you wake up and go back to sleep. Remember to recall any dreams or experiences every time you wake up.
~ 7. When you finish the three or more days, strive to bring your cultivated awareness with you back into the ordinary world in simple, silent, empty humility. Focus on peace. This entire practice will not just be beneficial for three days, it will stay with you for as long as you can honour it.
