Writing about ourselves can feel hard, right? In today’s episode I share some tips to make it easier - and less cringey - for you.

First up, we’ll look at why it’s so tricky, but also why putting ourselves out there is so important and something we should persist with. 

You’ll hear tried and tested strategies I use for getting out of my own way and find out how to apply these to your own writing. Believe it or not, there are ways to write about yourself that can feel free-flowing, authentic and even fun.
