One of my top moments was winning the award 'Inspirational Person Of the Year - what a surreal moment, it was like watching someone else's life. 

I used to look at other successful people and think, "how are they doing that, how are they successful?"

And what we are now starting to think about is what we are going to create this year.
What ever you want to be celebrating a year from now, start working and building on it now.
