Setting boundaries is not about saying no to everything.
They’re about setting parameters, limits, guidelines for our life.
Boundaries are about creating safety. Essentially healthy boundaries do 3 things-
Boundaries are not static. They’re dynamic – meaning they constantly change depending on the contexts we find ourselves in during the day. And they are constantly at play across all of those life areas I named.
As you can see, boundaries are a complex issue with many different facets.
