(S2) Ep 9: Breaking Generational Curses

In today's episode I am talking about breaking Generational Curses.. & sharing a story time about how my grandma lost her shit on Thanksgiving.

What if you were the woman in your family who stopped all that shit, so your daughters and granddaughters didn’t get so many looks when they announced their hopes and dreams out loud?

Because maybe the women in your family who came before you didn’t have the freedom to:

• Leave an unhealthy relationship.
• Purchase a home or car.
• Be a mom and support their family at the same time.
• Feel financially secure and independent.
• Eat the fucking Thanksgiving dinner they spent all morning preparing while their husband adds more green beans to their kids’ plates.

But that doesn’t mean the same has to be true for you.

That doesn’t mean you have to stay small and let the dreams for your online business gather dust because they don’t fit some outdated standards for what a woman and mother should be.

The women inside my coaching programs all have two things in common:

1 - They want financial freedom. Freedom to leave a relationship, buy their own car or home, have more kids if they want to, work a business that fits around their family’s schedule, retire their partner, go out for dinner without worrying about the tab…*insert your big dream here*.

2 - They are all-in and ready to work for that financial freedom. They are not making excuses for why they “don’t have time” or “aren’t cut out for this.” Yes, they have bad days and doubts that come up. But, inside my programs, they’ve learned to recognize these limiting beliefs, overcome them, and then get back to being badass women who take action and accomplish their business goals. Repeat.
