THIS IS ASHLYNN Ep 8: 4 Tips To Design A Life You Love With Guest Amy Kohler
My guest Amy is a business owner, designer, mother and wife. She is passionate about building and growth in her life, within herself, her business, and building up those around her. She lives and works in Utah’s Heber Valley with her husband and three kids. She enjoys spending time outside (especially the desert), wake surfing and boating, traveling, playing pickleball and spending time with family.
Amy has a passion for creating spaces and values the vulnerability that comes with design. Her business Styled Life Design specializes in new build construction design. She believes that your environment can reflect you, and help you to achieve your dream life.
We met in line at a conference where i was speaking. Kept in contact online. Then years later wound up rooming together at ALT summit in Palm Springs California - the rest is history I suppose. Lots of events, dance parties, walk and talks, Marco polos, more conferences, karaoke, axe throwing, double dates — you name it. We do the fun and the serious, laugh and cry. We talk therapy, kids, business, spirituality and life.
Ashlynn Mitchell kicks divorce & betrayal in the teeth. With her real world example of what’s possible after betrayal & how to live boldly with compassion & forgiveness while being boundaried & free from the past.
She is an advocate for women who want to live a life full of adventure & freedom. Come listen to her perspectives while she has conversations with those she loves & respects who share their #bethebuffalo moments that may just help you shift your own journey in a beautiful way.
