When was the last time you thought about your values? Have you ever? If it’s been a while, it’s time to sit down and give it some serious thought.
Most of us don’t know our values. We don’t understand what’s actually important to us. Instead, we focus on what our family, friends, spouse, society, culture, and media values and take that to be our truth too, which, of course, causes a major disconnect and "stuckness." And it keeps us from living a high-vibe life!
Knowing your values and letting your intuition guide you to make decisions based on them means you will never feel stuck again.
In this episode, we’re going through all of the steps necessary to define your values, create meaningful value statements, and then acknowledge whether you’re currently living your values or not. And, of course, what to do if your life and values aren't currently lining up. It’s time to get real with yourself!
