In 2017 I decided to write a book. In 2018 I began. In 2019 I finished and next week my book, More Than Enough releases into the world!

I have had lots of questions about the process of writing a book, so I thought I would share my own experience. I break down the process, share specific tips and insights, and encourage everyone who has a dream of writing a book--or any other big dream-- to make it happen.
