SITD 4/14/21: NXT UK Prelude, NJPW Cup USA First Round

John Siino reviews this week’s editions of AEW Dark, AEW Dark: Elevation, NXT UK, NWA Powerrr, 205 Live, NJPW Strong, Ring of Honor, and Main Event in under 15 minutes on Shot In The Dark.

This week on NXT UK we get a special episode titled ‘Prelude’, with an amazing main event with WALTER defending his NXT UK Championship against Rampage Brown, and Emilia McKenzie teaming up with Meiko Satomura vs. Kay Lee Ray & Isla Dawn.

NJPW Strong starts the first round of it’s New Japan Cup USA with Lio Rush vs. Clark Connors, Tom Lawlor vs. Ren Narita, Hikuleo vs. Fred Rosser and Brody King vs. Chris Dickinson

And on AEW Dark and Elevation we see a total of 33 matches including the debut of Konosuke Takeshita, Thunder Rosa vs. Diamante, and Britt Baker stacks up her wins to rise up in the rankings
