Ah! Goddess, I’ve got a real treat for you this week! In this episode of the Woman Gone Wild Podcast, I’ve included a fully guided pussy massage to help you release stress and trauma. This practice is especially potent right now as we begin to transition out of quarantine over the upcoming weeks and months, but this is a practice you’ll want to come back to again and again.
What is a Pussy Massage? (And why it’s so powerful!)A pussy massage is exactly what it sounds like! It’s a practice where you massage the pussy to release tension in the vagina and vulva.
Since our pussies hold a lot of stuck energy and conditioning, pussy massages can bring forth deep release and sexual healing… and healing in other areas of our lives as well! The sacral chakra is often unbalanced or blocked in most women due to centuries of female oppression and misogyny, so it’s soooo important that we give Pussy the time and space she needs to heal.
A Note About this PracticeI’ll be guiding you every step of the way, but, as I instruct, this is really about tapping into your own intuition and body wisdom. As you’ll see there’s lots of room to freestyle, let loose, and allow your body to show you where you need to go.
Feel free to put on some sexy, soothing music, light some candles, burn some sage, create a sacred pleasure space – do whatever you feel led to and make this practice deeply healing, nourishing, and restorative.
