About this podcast:
"Awareness and knowing ‘the reason why’ is the first step to behaviour change!"
In this podcast, Jo talks about how you can reach your health goals by building skills and knowledge into your life, one tiny habit at a time.
[This podcast is excerpted from one of the lessons in The Gut Health Formula Program, run by Elyse Comerford and Jo Whitton]
Jo says, "You may be feeling motivated and eager to make some big health changes as soon as possible, but be careful about changing too many things too quickly! (I know, that’s not usually what you hear when you do a program or cleanse or some kind of protocol for health!!) We recommend that BEFORE you jump in and start making any changes, first observe where you are at right now, and think about the direction you want to go and your goals for your health. Motivation alone will not create lasting changes in your everyday habits - you're not going to feel motivated every day. Building good habits by consistently working on small steps is a much more sustainable approach."
