Ep. 98 - Where is Brian Shaffer?

In 2006, Ohio State University medical student Brian Shaffer vanished into thin air. A grainy image captured on a camera at the Ugly Tuna Saloona bar showed him standing outside the bar chatting with a couple of women, then turning as if to return to the bar.
