The Berlin Reservoir murders Over a 12-month period in the early 1990s, a half-mile portion of the Berlin Reservoir became the killing grounds for at least two murderers, possibly three, with a crazy connection to even a fourth. Nearly three decades later, authorities have yet to solve the seemingly unconnected homicides of Andy Hussey and Lisa Watters, Kathryn Menendez and Sarah Rae Boehm.
