You wish you could consistently put in the effort towards a goal, but you find yourself struggling to stick with it. You want to apply the same consistency to all areas of your life, but finding it especially hard for certain goals (i.e. fitness and healthy eating).
Today we talk about the importance of identifying with the habits and routines that you want to achieve, so that you can consistently perform those behaviors day in and day out, rather than only once in a while. It’s not the things that we do “once in a while” that will move the needle in our lives or in our businesses.
Sometimes all it takes is a few minutes a day to see a big difference. As long as you commit to those small actions daily, you will get much closer to the change you want to see. It’s important to hold yourself accountable to these changes, but it can be hard to achieve if your goals are too challenging. In today’s podcast episode, I will share with you some of the small things I do to make it EASIER to stick to my goals.
