Over '50' And Feel Like You’ve Been Denied Access to a Job Interview? Here’s What To Look For!

Hi everyone

This week, we are looking at what is happening to workers who are over 50 and being denied opportunities to be selected for interview; or, being denied an equal opportunity to compete for jobs in the job market because of age discrimination. 

We introduce you to two employment tribunal cases which were brought by older workers, who successfully sued employers who prevented them from applying for and competing fairly for jobs. 

What we hope you get out of this week’s episode, is some insight into what to look for in job adverts and during interviews, if you believe you or someone you know, has been denied job opportunities because of your age.
