134: Coaching Your Way to Success

When you hear the term “coaching”, what comes to mind?

 

For many of us it means a person or program that you pay to “coach” you up in an area of your life or business.

 

What I’ve come to learn that is that we all need and use coaching, and it comes from many different places … and the majority of those are free or low cost!!
