Since 2020, Christians churches have had to navigate the rough waves of COVID-19. Covid brought no shortage of problems, questions, and controversy and there has been at times fierce debate within the church about how to handle the pandemic. Some Christians claim that the principle of “loving our neighbor” demands that the Christian community support Covid-19 restrictions. But does love require believers in Christ to stay home, wear masks, and take the vaccines? How can we best show the love of Christ for each other and for the world while still standing for truth?
