Niching Down: Moon Cycles & Finding Flow in Business with Chelsey Breta Orth

This week on the podcast I am joined by my dear friend Chelsey Breta Orth. Breta and I met in our first yoga teacher training program in Bali back in 2015 and she was one of my very first podcast guests. Since then I have watched her discover her niche and create a business that she loves called Moon Rise Ritual. In this episode, Breta shares her journey of teaching at yoga studios, stepping back to work on her own practices, discovering her passion for moon cycles and syncing to the rhythms of nature and our bodies, and how this has led her to develop a business that helps others connect to their own rhythms and moon cycles, as well as all the business lessons she's learned along the way.
