322: Raising Self Aware Humans, Building Strength At Home, & Dealing with Feelings of Guilt with Ben Pakulski - Part 1
Bigger biceps won’t make you a stronger man, but today’s guest can tell you what will!
Gents, I’m talking with Ben Pakulski, who is considered the world’s best muscle expert and top authority on physique optimization and lifestyle integration for high-achieving men over 35.
This may be hard to believe, but despite becoming one of the top 10 bodybuilders in the world, Ben never found true health & wellness until after he became a Dad (post bodybuilding). In fact, he believes his kids are responsible for saving his life!
When they were born, something shifted for Ben. He started questioning everything he was doing as a bodybuilder…
Instead of focusing on getting big (like 300lbs of pure muscle big), he started to think about how he could become the greatest Dad, leader, and role model for his kids.
He is now focused on optimizing his health from a physical, mental, and spiritual standpoint. His goal is to become the best version of himself, so that his kids can learn to do the same.
In our talk, Ben and I hit on a bunch of topics surrounding family. We discuss core values, building strength in kids, words vs actions, accepting your kids for who they are, and so much more.
You’ll also hear about times when we both felt guilty as parents for our actions—and more importantly, how those misses can become opportunities to create a deeper connection with your kids.

We are in the business of building better families.
While most dads would say that family matters most, the challenge is they feel guilty knowing their careers get the best of them, and their family seems to get the rest of them.
We help Dads become family men with businesses, not businessmen who have families, so they can thrive personally AND professionally.
