I used to make progress on the goals that I set for myself. SOME progress. Rarely, did I ever see a goal through alllll the way to the "after" picture.
Not true anymore. Now, I know that when I sit down and set a mindful goal, I will achieve that goal.
Here's why:
I only focus on ONE GOAL AT A TIME.
Just one thing.
It is absolutely why I am able to achieve my goals and it's why my clients achieve there's also.
