[Ep. 85] Loving Your Neurodivergence: Thriving With ADHD | Megan Kierstead
Today's episode is all about honoring our nature. Not who we want to be or think we should be: but where we are in this moment and how we can nurture that to thrive.
Megan Kierstead is a coach for people with ADHD & neurodivergent expressions. In this episode she shares some helpful tools for being functional with a unique nervous system.
Specifically: your feeling of dysfunction are really caused from the friction of the world not being made for you.
This world is so diverse and vast. The majority create terms for the minority like disabled, psychotic, depressed, ADHD, etc. These terms become identities that can really create dysregulation within us about how we relate to ourselves.
Megan's work helps us see how beautifully unique we are and, once we start honoring that uniqueness, we find a whole new magical way to live.
