Steve Lipman from The Gastroenteritis Blues podcast and Liberty Ballers joined the podcast to talk the undefeated James Harden, Tyrese Maxey and Joel Embiid era Philadelphia 76ers. We discussed Maxey's insane star leap breakout playing off James Harden and why he has exceeded even our wildest expectations in year two. Next we talked about not feeling bad about the Sixers even when they are trailing by double digits for the first time .. ever? Of course we discussed the never-ending Tobias Harris issue and how it is starting to even visibly frustrate his superstar teammates. We also discussed the Deandre Jordan officially becoming a Sixer, the history of buyout signings, Paul Milsap needing to be out of the rotation entirely, Georges Niang becoming a Sixers role player legend, and whether the Sixers defense is a real problem. We finish the episode discussing our old friend Ben Simmons who has yet to play a game for the Brooklyn Nets.
