The founder of Time to Tackle, Aaron Connolly talks about his time as a full time footballer as a youngster at Hibernian, the pressure got too much and he left the club, leading to him becoming homeless.
Aaron gets back into football with Ayr United and his life begins to improve again before his mental health issues become a serious problem for him.
Aaron also talks about starting the excellent "Time to Tackle" with his wife Siobhan which is a social enterprise tackling poor mental health, loneliness and stigma.
