3/7: Russia agrees to another shaky ceasefire to evacuate civilians, while the West pushes to get more weapons to Ukraine.
We have extensive and emotional coverage this morning of the war in Ukraine -- where Russian attacks are unrelenting. The reported ceasefire agreement follows a series of Russian attacks that left civilians around the country shell-shocked. Polish officials say around one million Ukrainian refugees have arrived in this country since Russia invaded on February 24th -- that's more arrivals than in any of Ukraine's other neighbors. Hundreds of thousands more are expected to arrive soon, after making their way out of cities and the war zone. Ukraine's military continues to put up a strong fight across the country, digging in and preparing for a potential Russian siege of the capital. The Ukrainian president is pleading with the U.S., Poland and other allies to give Ukraine more warplanes to help fight the Russian invaders. But Moscow has warned that any country hosting Ukrainian combat aircraft could be viewed as a party to the conflict.
