Ray lives in Milton,Ontario (40 mins west of Toronto) with his wife and 2 kids age 10 and 8. Ray graduated from Humber college with an electronics engineering technology diploma in 2003 and worked in his field as a field service technician. He realized owning a home with a mortgage is a 25 year debt commitment and the sooner you start the sooner you will finish and pay it off so he bought his first home at 26 and rented it out. He got the attention of his father and brothers and influenced them to do the same. He became a property manager of sorts and involved in the renting of properties for the family and then decided he wanted to be on the inside of the business to learn as much as possible to make it a career and got his real estate licence in 2009. Over the next 10 years he never had the success in real estate he was looking for and even tried 2 other real estate coaches and had to supplement his income by flipping properties. In July 2020 he virtually attended a Craig Proctor superconference and signed up for coaching as he recognized the Craig Proctor system had solutions for the problem he was facing in his business was not being able to effectively market himself with the right messages and medium to attract buyer’s and sellers. 2021 was his best year ever in real estate almost 4x ing his business using Craig Proctor Systems. He has moved up the Craig Proctor system ladder from coaching, to platinum level, to Titanium in December 2021 and has plans to open his own Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty brokerage in July 2022. He is grateful to Craig and associates for sharing their systems with him as he continues to learn and implement and feels he can weather any storm in Real estate because he is connected to an amazing group of likeminded people who are focused in achieving the best in Real estate success. He realizes successful business do not operate with only one person and that when you leverage people you can do far more and make more money. He has one administrator and one outsides sales agent and has an overflow of business and needs to hire 2 more agents immediately.
