Common Signs of Gaslighting and How to Ungaslight Yourself
Gaslighting is incredibly painful and it's an actual form of psychological manipulation that affects your memory, your perception, your sanity, and your reality.
To Gaslight someone is to basically plant seeds of doubt in their mind to make them question their own sense of truth and reality, like memory or sense of judgement, and their perceptions and their feelings.
So my hope is that this podcast simplifies the concept of gaslighting to something that you can digest, because a lot of people talk about gaslighting, but not a lot of people talk about exactly how it feels and how it shows up. I also hope it helps you un-gaslight yourself.
