About Dr. Chelom Leavitt
Dr. Chelom E. Leavitt is an Assistant Professor in the School of Family at Brigham Young University. She earned her PhD from Penn State. Chelom researches mindfulness and sex within committed relationships. Dr. Leavitt validated a sexual mindfulness curriculum as an effective method to increase emotional connection, sexual and relational satisfaction, and sexual functioning.
