Ep.91 - Heartbreak to Harmony

In this heart-opening episode, I share my recent journey from complete and unexpected heartbreak to finding trust in my journey, reconnecting to the powerful portal of self love and finding inner harmony again.

After an incredible, expansive, passionate relationship, I’ve learnt to let myself go through the stages of a breakup process; from grief, shock, confusion, numbness and anger - to healing through the process in just two weeks. 

Using tools I’ve learnt along the way and finding the lesson in every chapter of my life, I’ve found trust in this new chapter of life.
