On today’s episode of the Group Fitness Real Talk podcast, we’re starting a new segment, Reality Bites. It’s essentially going to be a bite-sized episode where we talk with a Group Fitness expert about one topic of concern to Instructors. I’ll set a timer for 10 minutes, set the topic, and then we’ll discuss until time runs out, a bit like a high school debate!
Today’s expert is the grumpiest man in fitness, Sam Rider. Sam is a Creative Lead for SH1FT fitness, as well as a newly minted fireman AND father. For our topic of discussion, we’re dishing out some real talk about warm ups and cool downs.
