Hey guys, during this episode I talk about another fundamental principle which I find to be extremely important in living a healthy life. This episode compliments last week's episode on spiritual awareness. When one can find harmony between physical and spiritual awareness one gains the ability to have better control of flow state. The main emphasis in this podcast is highlighting the importance of having a neutral spine and being aware of where movement should begin from (*the base of the limbs aka shoulders and pelvis). The topic of physical awareness can be talked about for a long period but I wanted to only give you guys the basics for now. In the future maybe I will expand upon the topic.
