#16 Jaime Rothbard & Misha Safran ~ Passing Joy around the World
This episode features my friend, Jaime Rothbard! Jaime is a Transformational Coach the founder of Divine Rite Body. She brings over 20 years of experience working closely with women in various capacities; all with the goal of understanding how women can heal and transform their lives by tapping into the medicine they carry within. Her work experiences have spanned advocacy for survivors of Domestic Violence, Social Work, Massage therapy, Reiki, Nutrition Coaching and various energetic healing modalities. She holds degrees in Psychology and Criminology, is a Transformational Nutrition Coach and a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner. And Jaime is a super proud mother. Her mission is to teach women to release their self-limiting beliefs and create healthy rituals so they can drop excess weight, ignite their vitality and fall in love with their bodies. Jaime created a checklist for all listeners and viewers of today's show: A Stop Emotional Eating Checklist - use the following link to receive it. https://divine-rite-body.mykajabi.com/-checklist
In this episode, Jaime and I talk about self-care and self-love as a means to Authentic and Wholehearted Joy. We also talk about the co-existence of pain and joy and the access and tools some of us have and some do not. This is something extremely important to recognize in the face of a mental health crisis in the USA; inequities in access to support when depressed and/or in personal crisis. We finished the episode with gratitudes being today is Thankful Thursday! What are you grateful for? Feel free to message me your gratitudes!
