Former fellow Aussie who packed her bags, put on her big girl pants and plonked herself in the UK and called it home. At 12 years old Tess performed a lift that is to this day held as a junior world record (not by Tess as no numb-nut thought to put her into competition). However it highlights how stupidly strong Tess is, along with her numerous powerlifting accomplishments.

We shoot the breeze about life, lifting and laughing and I discovered that if I were to live in the UK and be seeking a coach, I'd be knocking on Tess's door as her coaching philosophy is right up my alley!
