Ryan and Paul are back to recap what will likely end up being one of the best cards of the year. The UFC returned to London and it was a coming out party for Paddy Pimblett as he scored a first round submission win and 17,000 people took to song, led by head cheerleader "Meatball" Molly McCann. McCann scored a KO of the year contender earlier in the card and it was a great night for almost all of the UK fighters as there were impressive performances up and down the card. Almost lost in the shuffle was Tom Aspinall mowing down Alexander Volkov in the actual main event and cementing himself as a future title contender. The guys also look ahead to a really solid card on ESPN this coming week from Columbus with heavyweight contenders Chris Daukaus and Curtis Blaydes meeting in the main event. They also talk about all the stuff that went down this week with Conor McGregor and Kamaru Usman this week including some news on who Usman is likely to defend the welterweight title next.
