Leaders can become stars, celebrities, and potential saviours to many people they lead and even themselves.   Often this can lead to burnout or fallout and a misconstrued view of what leadership is.  We had a conversation with Dr. Ruth Padilla DeBorst on how one needs to lead in community where trusted friends and colleagues can speak truth into a leaders life.  In an effort to lead like Jesus Dr. DeBorst challenges leaders to allow others to see your humanity and point them to Jesus who emulates true leadership.  We hope you enjoy this conversation.
