Prayer for Our Daughters: Part 3

Hello. This is Pat Willie, the founder, and CEO of the not-for-profit ministry, The Gathering. When women gather, when women worship. Thanks for joining us for this podcast, the two-minute prayer. I believe that prayer is essential. It is life-giving and life-sustaining, and it only takes just a minute to pray.

 

Father God in the name of Jesus. We thank you that we are the daughters of the most high God. And we celebrate that and we give you glory. We give you praise that you have chosen us.

 

Now God, in the name of Jesus, we pray that you would make us strong women. And as we study your word and we gain knowledge of you. I pray that you would give us strength. That you will strengthen us and our inner man. And our most inner being, in Jesus' name. And that we would become the women of Psalm 68 & 11. That we would publish the good news of Jesus Christ. And we will become the women of John 1 and 12 that say you have given us the power to become the daughters of God.

 

And according to Luke, 1 and 41, glory be to God, you will place us in the company of like-minded women. And we will have those relationships that Mary had with Elizabeth. That we will build one another up. That we will encourage one another. We will see what God has placed in one another. And we will be the support of one another.

 

And we give you glory, we give you praise. That you're placing us in the company of like women that want to be what God has called us to be. Thank you for the great gift of God that we carry in our lives. Thank you for the great gift of under anointing. That's in our lives. We have been smeared with oil for the purpose and calling of God.

 

And for that, we give you glory. We give you praise in Jesus' name. We pray. Amen. And amen.
