Creating More Human-Centric Workplaces with Angela Howard
In episode 65 we dive into all things culture with Angela Howard. Angela is an organizational psychologist, culture strategist and social entrepreneur working to build human-centric workplaces, better leaders and thriving communities along-side growth minded leaders. Her mission is to create more human-centric workplaces that send happier and more fulfilled humans home to further enrich their communities and society. She does this by serving as a trusted thought leader advisor to owners, founders and CEOs interested in shaping and “actualizing” their organizational cultures for the collective good of their organizations, employees and the communities they serve.
Angela shares that culture really breaks down to a culmination of mindset, habits, behaviors, and norms over time and in today’s conversation we dissect existing cultural paradigms we face at work and how we can learn to break down the walls that no longer serve us so that we can create the groundswell needed to make lasting change. We dive into where to start when it comes to rebuilding culture, personal accountability as it pertains to culture, building cultural sustainability, and what it really takes to create a more human centric work place.
Angela is also the host of the ‘Humanly Possibly: Future of Work Conversations’ Podcast. For more conversations like today’s Angela’s podcast is a great resource.
