The Kremlin indicated in recent days it's focused on "liberating" parts of eastern Ukraine, which is a region where Moscow-backed separatists seized land years ago. Andrew Weiss from the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace discusses Russia's potential tactic to partition Ukraine.
